**Note: Steps 1 and 2 are fully interchangeable! You can complete either the P.E.T. Program or the Be Your Best Program first based on your schedule.

**Step 1 (Interchangeable)

Attend a P.E.T. Program – Complete a foundational Parent Effectiveness Training class.

3 – 6 Months

**Step 2 (Interchangeable)

Attend a "Be Your Best" Program – Focus on personal effectiveness and self-development skills.

9 – 12 Months

Step 3

Facilitation – Facilitate a P.E.T., or Y.E.T. program alongside a Master Trainer / Senior Trainer.

Facilitation duration to be agreed upon (Number of facilitation rounds depends on the post-facilitation evaluation)

Step 4

Instructor Training Workshop (ITW) – Complete the official instructor workshop focusing on advanced facilitation skills and group dynamics.

Teach a Qualifying Class & Submit Evaluations – Teach a qualifying P.E.T./Y.E.T. class and submit participant evaluations for final GTI/GTE review and approval.
